Beautiful , uplifting concert in John Lawsen Park, West Vancouver, Canada on warm perfect summer night. August 3, 2011. This was the first time I saw Greg and his band perform. They looked like they were having so much fun. My friends and I were enjoying the show. Felt very lucky to have had this experience. Greg and his band give 110 percent in their show. You can see from the evidence of his sweat soaken shirt I went over to the CD table to buy their lastest CD (Love & the lack thereof 2009) that won a Juno. Apparently his second Juno award. The volunteers suggested also buying the earlier CD. (Here to Stay) that also won a Juno. Two CD for , one for . How can I resist a deal? Also, I was feeling a natural high from the music. Yes, go with the Flo. Well, I'm listening to the first CD , "Here to Stay" now. -so beautifully done. - The lyrics to the songs are so poetic and soulful. I haven't heard poetry like this since John Lennon and John Denver. - I checked the CD cover and discovered that Greg wrote 10 songs himself. and in collaboration with Jerry Sczebel wrote song 11 called "Thank you". Song 11 is one of my favorites. All the songs are very thoughtful and have powerful meanings. His voice, sings the songs so creativity and to perfection. A very talented, delightful, humble and appreciative young man. Greg signed my CD with "To Florence Hope you enjoy!", Well, Greg I really did enjoy and thank you for feeding and satisfying my soul with beautiful music!. Can't ...
